He is the founder of the Lubumbashi Innovation Center (CINOLU) in December 2015, an innovation hub and startup incubator that supports young innovators and startups to develop their competitiveness on an international scale based on innovation, technology and entrepreneurship as a vector of differentiation.

He is also member of the advisory board of AfriLabs Capacity Building Programme since 2020, a program supporting the capacity building of innovation hubs on the continent and members of the AfriLabs network (370 hubs), Berry has since supported the assessment of the skills of the hubs , the selection of experts, the evaluation and the proposals of the programs for the benefit of the hubs.
