Passionate and expert in social innovation, circular economy and design thinking, Hélène has been involved in identifying and supporting social entrepreneurs innovation projects in Africa for 6 years.

Her various experiences have allowed her to acquire real expertise in social innovations, circular economy and in entrepreneurship support. Whether as a project manager to deploy income-generating activities for young people and women. As innovation manager within the Institute of Research for Development, to promote the results of research in innovation to meet the challenges of the continent and the objectives of sustainable development.

Today, after founding the Mahna association in 2018, she leads a team of 6 people and coordinates more than 25 partners to facilitate the professional integration of young people in Burkina Faso. Today Mahna has welcomed more than 14,000 young people in 4 years, trained 5,700 and supported 500.

Also an international consultant, she contributes to strengthening the ecosystem of innovation, employability and entrepreneurship and to training structures in innovation methodologies, circular economy and financial strategy
