Judith Mwaya is a Senior Tech Policy Analyst at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. Her work at the institute revolves around the intersection of technology, public policy, and economic development. She has worked on delivering projects centering on Fostering Local Innovation in Africa, Data Governance Frameworks for Developing Economies, and Web 3 Applications in Emerging Economies with a focus on CBDCs.
Her work on the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AfCTA) has been featured in leading Pan-African publications such as The Africa Report, Jeune Afrique, and Africa Business.
Before joining the Institute, She worked as a Policy and Practice Coordinator with Innovation for Poverty Action (IPA), a global think tank.
She holds a Master of Science (MSc) from the London School of Economics, with a focus on Applied Development Economics.
