Elodie Nonga-Kenla is a multi-awarded Cameroonian entrepreneur. She is the Founder of WETECH (Women in Entrepreneurship and Technology), EN Group and TOCEN Interiors. She is a consultant in Community building and development, Digital entrepreneurship, and Digital communication. She works with institutions, companies, incubators, communities, and entrepreneurs in Africa and abroad.
In 2022, she won under her organization the Joint Innovation Challenge organized by UNFPA in partnership with ITC, ITU and WIPO. In 2021, she was chosen by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) for a round table with the President of the Republic of Kenya. In her journey, she was listed among the Top 100 “African DOers” giving a positive image of Africa. She was also one of the winners of Africa Code Week in Egypt organized by the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF) in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Egypt and Microsoft. Elodie Nonga-Kenla was selected as a fellow of the TechWomen program, an initiative of the US Department of State taking place in the Silicon Valley in the USA.
Earlier in her career, she received the awards for ‘Best Role Model’ and ‘Best Social Entrepreneur’. Since 2021, Elodie Nonga has served at AfriLabs, where she was elected Francophone Representative and Board member. She is also Associate at Africa: The Big Deal, the database listing the best funding deals secured by startups in Africa.
