Mayssa is the Chief Incubation Officer at Afkar, holding an Executive MBA from the SMU – South Mediterranean University. Since 2019, she has managed two incubation programs for Tunisian entrepreneurs living in Tunisia and within the Diaspora which helped training 264 innovators and launching 131 Startups. These programs also offered funding opportunities for 84 projects.

Her journey in the Tunisian non-profit entrepreneurial ecosystem started at Impact Partner (Yunus Social Business Tunisia) where she was in charge of the pre-investment process. Mayssa comes from a Digital background where she worked as a consultant in UX/UI and e-commerce projects in offshore organizations for ten years and managed a communication company for two years.
