Nuria is a program officer at the United Nations International Trade Center and an entrepreneurship ecosystems development expert. She has led the publication of 19 Entrepreneurship Support Ecosystem Diagnostic reports, including the one published in 2019 for the Zambian ecosystem. She has also conducted ecosystem and network building initiatives working with hubs in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Nuria has also managed project initiatives focused on organizational development for hubs, trade and investment promotion agencies, chambers of commerce and sector associations in topics such as strategy, operations, and impact reporting.
